Hi! We are excited to announce a new feature included in our product - shipment tracking and visibility! Anytime you include shipping details with your invoices, we will share that information with your customers and include real-time status updates when possible.
Where can my customers see the shipping details?
  • The invoice PDF file sent to your customers via email (includes tracking number and courier)
  • Invoice emails sent to your customers (includes tracking number and courier)
  • Your customers' Resolve dashboard (includes tracking number, courier, estimated delivery date, shipping status, and a link to the courier's tracking website)

Where can I see the shipping details I have added to my invoices?
  • A new
    Shipping
    tab has been added to the Invoices page in the Resolve Dashboard where you can see the tracking number, courier, and real-time status updates.
  • Additionally, you can add, edit, and delete shipping information from invoices that have already been sent from the same tab
